1. Service-Based Purchases
Because Traps 2 Trades provides educational services, consulting, training programs, and digital resources, refunds are handled differently than physical product purchases.
All purchases are considered service-based transactions.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payment or billing error
• Cancellation requested within 48 hours of purchase and before services begin
• Training program cancellation initiated by Traps 2 Trades
• Technical errors preventing access to paid content
Refund requests submitted after services have started may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed:
• Completed consulting sessions
• Mentorship sessions
• Training classes already attended
• Downloadable educational materials
• Online courses once access has been granted
• Certification preparation sessions
• Career coaching sessions
This policy ensures fairness while protecting the intellectual property and time invested in our services.
4. Program Enrollment Deposits
Deposits made to reserve a seat in a training program, boot camp, or workshop may be non-refundable depending on the program terms.
Deposits are used to secure training materials, facility reservations, and instructor scheduling.
5. Cancellation Policy
Participants who need to cancel a scheduled service or consultation must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
In certain circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled instead of refunded.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Administrative processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Traps 2 Trades may review refund requests outside of standard policy guidelines in cases such as:
• Medical emergencies
• Program scheduling conflicts
• Instructor cancellations
Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Traps 2 Trades.
